Waiting times are currently at normal levels. Please note however, that Frendoc is an urgent care provider, therefore calls for routine or non urgent requests should be referred back to your own GP or pharmacy within normal opening times.

Receptionists - Frenchay Outpatients
You’ll be responsible for greeting patients and booking them on to our computer system, ensuring that the GPs and Nurses are in place and assisting them where necessary. You’ll need to have excellent customer service skills and Computer Literate.
Hourly Rate: £7.30 per hour + training enhancements.
Hours: Sat 08:00hrs to 13:00hrs and Sun 13:00hrs to 18:00hrs.
