Nurse Practitioners - Based at Greenway Community Practice, Southmead - £37,996 - £40,853

We are expanding our service in light of being awarded the contract for GP Out of Hours care in North Bristol.

We now need to develop our vibrant nursing team and require nurses from a Primary Care, Walk in Centre, A&E or MIU background to provide a combination of telephone triage and face to face consultations. A Nurse Practitioner or a certificate in minor illness/injury with nurse prescribing is essential.
