Waiting times are currently at normal levels. Please note however, that Frendoc is an urgent care provider, therefore calls for routine or non urgent requests should be referred back to your own GP or pharmacy within normal opening times.

Call handlers - Frenchay Outpatients
You’ll be responsible for taking calls from patients, entering the information into our computer system accurately and assisting GPs and Nurses with some requests and dispatching calls to our mobile GPs and Drivers. You’ll need excellent communications skills, be good with people and IT literate.
Hourly Rate: £8.12 + Training enhancements
