Operations Supervisor - Southmead and Staple hill
(37.5hrs per week, flexi-time £16k-£18k)
Due to being awarded a new contract in North Bristol, Frendoc is expanding.
We are seeking an operations supervisor to work between the office in Staple Hill and the Patient Care Centre in Southmead Hospital.
It is essential that you are a driver and have your own transport. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the operation at the Southmead site, will be responsible for ensuring that our mobile units are available and in good order and ensure that the base has all of IT and telecoms equipment functioning.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting the sickness and holiday and ensuring that the staff rota is filled. This role is key to the running of our new base. You will also fulfill a role an on call Duty Manager on a 1 week in 5 rotation.

Clinical Coordinator - Southmead and Staple hill
(20 hours per week, Flexi-time and on call, £16k-£18k pro rata)
Due to having been awarded a new contract in North Bristol, Frendoc is expanding.
We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to work between the office in Staple Hill and the Patient Care Centre in Southmead Hospital.
It is essential that you are a driver and have your own transport. You will be responsible for recruitment and administration of our GP Rota for the Southmead site, working closely with our Frenchay Clinical Coordinator. You will need to develop a rapport and good relationship with our GPs quickly. This role is key to developing relationships with our key workers.

Out of Hours Nursing - Bristol
Frendoc is a high quality, not for profit, GP out of hours organisation that has patient care and clinical governance at its core. We are expanding our service in light of being awarded the preferred bidder status for Out of Hours care in North Bristol.
We now need to develop our vibrant nursing team and require nurses from a Primary Care, Walk in Centre, A&E or MIU background to provide a combination of telephone triage and face to face consultations. A Nurse Practitioner or a certificate in minor illness/injury with nurse prescribing would be an advantage but not essential.

Out of Hours GPs.
We are always looking for GP and Locums to work our OOH sessions. Sessions are either 4 or 5 hours long, or overnights which are 9 hours long. You will need to be on a UK performers list, hold a current MDU or equiv issurance and have a current GMC certificate. We offer various rates of pay ranging from £65, £75, and £85 depending on the time of the shift and other factors. All Clinician within Frendoc are subject to our clinical auditing. Frendoc are able to offer access to the NHS pension.

Out of Hours Minor Injury Unit Nurse - Band 7 - Bristol based at Frenchay Hospital
We're a GP out of hours service covering South Gloucestershire.
We will be providing a Minor Injury Service from Frenchay Hospital and require Nurses to work out of hours.
You'll need experience in an MIU, Walk in Centre or A&E and be responsible for diagnosing/treating minor injuries such as bruises, cuts, sprains, bites and stings. You'll be responsible for patients in your care with back up from GPs.

Out of Hours Drivers
We take calls for GP Surgeries when they are closed and provide a GP to see those patients if necessary.
We currently seek Drivers to drive doctors to and from their appointments overnight and at weekends, we are based out of Frenchay Hospital.
You will need to have less than six driving penalty points and have a good knowledge of South Gloucestershire and North Bristol.
Available shifts are:
Sat 08.00 - 13.00 every week
Sat 13.00 - 18.00 every week

Out of Hours Call Handlers
We take calls for GP Surgeries when they are closed and provide a GP to see those patients if necessary.
We currently seek Call Handlers for our small but busy call centre based out of Frenchay Hospital.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, have good computer skills and be confident enough to work on your own handling calls but as an overall team on that shift.
Available shifts are:
Tues 22.45 - 08.30 alternate weeks (maternity leave)
Weds 22.45 - 08.30 alternate weeks (maternity leave)
Sat 13.00 - 18.00 every week
Sat 13.00 - 18.00 alternate weeks
Sat 18.00 - 23.00 alternate weeks
Sun 13.00 -18.00 every week
Sun 13.00 - 18.00 every week
Sun 18.00 - 23.00 every week
Sun 18.00 - 23.00 every week
