Waiting times
Waiting times are currently at normal levels. Please note however, that Frendoc is an urgent care provider, therefore calls for routine or non urgent requests should be referred back to your own GP or pharmacy within normal opening times.
Satisfaction Surveys
We send Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires out to every 20th patient we treat. If you receive one please take a few minutes to fill it in and send it back - we really do take notice of what our patients say.
If you specifically would like to send one to us based on your experience you can download one and email to us, or print one off and send it to us.
