Waiting times
Waiting times are currently at normal levels. Please note however, that Frendoc is an urgent care provider, therefore calls for routine or non urgent requests should be referred back to your own GP or pharmacy within normal opening times.
Services
Frendoc offer the following Services
- GP out of hours service
- Call handling for district nurses and intermediate care teams
- GP in hours call handling service
- Locum Cover for Surgeries and Protected Learning time.
We do not offer information or assistance with dental problems please contact your own dentist or the dental hospital.

Our GP out of hours service is our primary service and as such we are pleased to say that in the National Audit office report South Gloucestershire was praised.
