Waiting times are currently at normal levels. Please note however, that Frendoc is an urgent care provider, therefore calls for routine or non urgent requests should be referred back to your own GP or pharmacy within normal opening times.

Facts about Flu.
Flu symptoms hit you suddenly and severely. They include fever, chills, headaches and aching muscles.
- Flu can lead to bronchitis or pneumonia.
- Flu is highly infectious and spreads rapidly.
- Flu appears every winter.
- The virus changes every year.
Flu Vaccine.
If you are over 65 years of age or have a serious heart or chest complaint (including asthma), serious kidney disease, diabetes or lowered immunity due to disease or treatment such as steroid medication or cancer treatments it is recommended that you have an annual flu vaccine.
Speak to your own surgery to organise your vaccine.
