Our Primary Care centres are located at: General Out Patients Dept, Frenchay Hospital, BS16 1LE and Greenway Community Practice, Southmead, Bristol, BS10 6AF.
Our lines are open from:
18:30 until 08:00 Monday to Thursday
18:30 until 08:00 Friday through to Monday morning.
We are also available Bank Holidays or at any other time when your surgery is closed.
For non-medical contacts our office is open
